Hannah Barefoot

Option Model & Media / McGuffin Management
Actress
Portland, Oregon

Hannah Barefoot was born and raised in Wyoming and pursued a BFA in the nationally acclaimed department of Theatre & Dance at the University of Wyoming. She moved to Portland shortly after and went back to school to study Drawing & Painting at Portland State University. After working odd jobs for the next six years, she finally rediscovered her passion for acting and has not looked back since.

She credits the three years acting in Portland for giving her an invaluable start in the entertainment industry. She received her first TV credit here (Grimm), booked multiple print, commercial, and voiceover gigs, including her first two national commercials (healthcare.gov and Crestor), and over 20 films, including the SXSW favorite, All the Wilderness. She is grateful for her continued relationship with her mother agency, Option Model and Media.

Hannah moved to Los Angeles on her birthday in January, 2015 and in the few months she has been there, has already worked in over 8 films and two more SAG-AFTRA commercials (Lending Tree and CA Lottery). She has also booked and filmed a recurring guest-star role in a new television series, but is unable to disclose the name until it airs in December.

Hannah believes that gratitude and persistence are the key to surviving long-term in the entertainment industry. She has come a long way since she began and still has a long way to go. Thanks for coming along for the ride.
